Our £1,500 Community Fund Has Been Developed To Support Local Causes in West Sussex
We’re proud to support the communities around us and are inviting you to nominate a local cause, organisation or project that could benefit from a £1,500 contribution.
We’re looking for meaningful initiatives that make a positive difference to community wellbeing across West Sussex, whether that means restoring local sports facilities, supporting youth clubs or creating opportunities for local people.
Have a cause in mind that deserves our support? We want to hear from you.
How To Apply
If you have a worthy local cause then fill out the form below before the closing date on Friday 18th September 2026.
This will be sent to our team to select our top finalists.
Next Steps
Once applications close, our independent judging team will select a shortlist of finalists based on the impact each cause could make in the local community.
Then, it’s over to you! The public will have one week to vote for their favourite finalist and help decide who receives the £1,500 Community Fund.
We’ll announce the winner at a special event for all finalists, with the result also shared across our social media channels and with the local press.

- The £1,500 Community Fund is open to local causes, charities, community groups and organisations based in West Sussex only.
- Applications must be submitted through the official application form by midnight on Friday 18 September 2026.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be authorised to apply on behalf of their organisation or cause.
- Only one application per organisation/cause will be accepted.
- Finalists will then go to a public vote, with voting open for one week.
- The finalist receiving the most valid votes will win the £1,500 Community Fund.
- The funds must be used for the purpose outlined in the successful application and may not be transferred to another organisation or individual.
- By entering, applicants agree that details of shortlisted causes may be shared across Avisford Park Hotel’s website, social media and marketing channels, including photographs and quotes where appropriate.
- Avisford Park Hotel reserves the right to verify applications, reject entries that do not meet the criteria and make the final decision on the validity of applications and votes.
