Entrants must be 18 years or older.
One entry per company.
Entrants must be willing to have their names and photographs used for promotional purposes.
The Competition begins at midnight 15 January 2026 and ends at 11.59pm on 15 February 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
The prize must be redeemed on selected dates provided by the hotel up to the end of April 2026, subject to availability.
The prize is a fully inclusive team building retreat at the Avisford Park Hotel and Lodge Hill for 16 delegates, the details of which have been provided above.
If you do not have 16 delegates, we cannot transfer spaces for additional extras.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Additional guests, upgrades, or services beyond the package will be chargeable at standard rates.
Avisford Park Hotel accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.
Avisford Park Hotel is not responsible for travel, attire, or additional supplier costs associated with the retreat unless explicitly included in the prize
